This Canvas Pouch and Small Bark Container were donated by Jeannette Vollant (First Nations - Innu from Maliotenam, QC) at the Community Hearings held in their community. She received the canvas pouch & small bark container as a gift and donated it to the National Inquiry. The canvas pouch is traditionally used for tobacco for ceremonies and the small bark container can be used for sacred medicines.
